Happy Hanukkah!

Hanukkah joy: celebrating the reality that God's House, the Temple in Jerusalem, was rededicated to God. The Temple was of prime importance to the people of God throughout the Scriptures: King David said he wouldn't rest until he'd find a place for the Temple. Solomon prayed amidst the shouts and praises of Levites in the Temple and the glory of God filled it. The book of Leviticus is about maintaining the sanctity and holiness of the Temple. The prophets warned the people against desecrating God's House by their actions. Yeshua called the Temple "My Father's House", said it will be a house of prayer for all nations. The disciples view the prophetic psalm, "Zeal for Your House consumes me" to Yeshua. The disciples were found in the Temple daily praising God, even post-resurrection. This beautiful Hebrew rendition of Psalm 116 starts slow and then ramps up the joy in the ending half as it celebrates the worship of God in the Temple in Jerusale

FAQ: Why won’t Chavah play the next song?

Image
A lot of folks have written in, asking why Chavah won’t play the next song. **UPDATE April 2020: Quickfix: if you're having this issue on iPhone, update your iPhone to iOS 13.4, which includes a fix for this issue. Read on for more details. Q. “Chavah plays a song, then when the song ends, I don’t hear anything. What’s wrong?” A. If you’re on a desktop or laptop, reboot. If you’re on a mobile device like an iPhone, iPad, or Android phone, use the Chavah app: Chavah for iOS , or Chavah for Android . Q. I’m using the Chavah app, but it still only plays 1 song, then stops. A. On some mobile devices, like iPhone, Chavah must be in the foreground (not in the background) and your screen must be on. The problem isn’t with Chavah, but the device you’re using to listen. Chavah uses web standards to play audio, meaning it works fine on laptops, desktops, Windows, Mac, Linux. However, some mobile devices, like Apple iPhones, impose superficial imitations on web-based audio. For

During college, she took a songwriting class and had a desire to write her own music.  It wasn't until years later that her songwriting developed.  The first song, You Are (Unfailing Love), began as a prayer for emotional and physical healing.   After walking through a long season of waiting and learning to surrender her gifts and talents to the Lord, Sarah began writing more songs.  Be Still was inspired by a friend who was battling cancer, and became a source of strength and encouragement for others who were facing similar struggles. Seeing how this music could impact lives, Sarah's desire was to record her music to share with others. Come Away is h
