Image
Shalom dear Chavah listeners, and happy Hanukkah. Fresh new Messianic music on the station for you. A gem, a diamond in the rough, a little-known album I found out about last week: Dede Salemann - Who Will Tell? I discovered this album last week while attending Sabbath service at Beit Tikvah in Newcastle, Washington. This album was sitting on a table in the lobby as I was leaving. I picked up the album and gave it a listen. I discovered a real gem; what a beautiful work for the Lord, filled with uplifting Scripture and joyful melodies.  Here's a bit about this album, Who Will Tell? Who Will Tell? is a testament to DeDe Salemann’s love for Jesus/Yeshua and her passion for expressing her faith through music. As a Messianic believer, DeDe’s hope was for the Christian and Jewish communities to come together in harmony. New music: Messianic Jewish Alliance of Israel Artists - Pe Echad פה אחד (One Voice)

Image
A very special treat for you, dear listeners, on this special holy day, the 40th day after Passover when Yeshua ascended into heaven (Acts 1:3-11). A new Messianic album from Israel born in the midst of violent persecution: Messianic Jewish Alliance of Israel Artists - Peh Echad פא אחד (One Voice) This album is a live worship album recorded at the Pavillion in Jerusalem last year during which dozens of far-right ultra-Orthodox Jews began to riot and try to shut down the event. Anti-missionary groups in Israel tried to disrupt and prevent the event from occurring. Dozens of mostly young Haredim harassed attendees with shouting, whistling, blocking the entrance, and blasting toy trumpets. Protesters pushed and shoved Israelis trying to enter, with one 82 year old man punched in the head while shielding a child from the protesters. Eventually attendees had to be personally escorted by Israeli police to the entrance while protesters tried to block Israelis from entering and hearing these ...

New music: Yaron Cherniak singles

Image
Shalom friends,  We've added a much of new singles from Yaron Cherniak to the station, hope you enjoy! The poem "God of Love" was written by an Iranian woman with a Muslim background. A few years ago, she accepted faith in Jesus. Several times she was brought to prison due to suspicions against her by the regime. Of course, in the shadow of such a reality, she is not free to express her beliefs in public. Like many other Iranian-believers, she must stay underground when practicing her faith with other sisters and brothers. This collaboration called, “The Singing Nightingale" was created by Yaron Cherniak and Nafas Zendegani (pseudo name). This is meant to identify with the underground church in Iran and the oppressed community. Zendegani’s poem and Or Saadi dance is a response to the ongoing protest, as well as declaring from personal experience that God is the God of love and not the God of oppression and torture. This is a new arrangement for a traditional poem (pr...
