New Israeli music on Chavah: Yamma Ensemble - Basket Full of Stars This band from Tel Aviv is amazing! They utilize ancient instruments like the duduk, oud, kapuz, ney, and shofar to add fresh melodies to traditional music of Sephardi, Hasidic, Babylonian, and Yemenite Jewish communities. The result is something unique and beautiful. Yamma's first album on Chavah has been well-received by Chavah's community, and we're glad to start playing this new album.
